This policy explains the limited information we collect through the Krynix website and early-access form, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Krynix is responsible for the information described on this page. If you have a question or want us to do something with your information, email us at contact@krynix.io.

2. What we collect

We do not use advertising pixels, session recording, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell personal information.

We collect only what is needed to run the site and respond to you:

  • Early-access form: the details and answers you submit, such as your name, work email, company, and how you use AI agents.
  • Basic technical data: your IP address, browser information, and request details needed to load and protect the site.
  • Anonymous page statistics: pages viewed, referring site, country, browser, and device type. Plausible Analytics collects these without cookies or a persistent identifier.
  • Messages: if you email us, we keep your email and the information you include in it.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to review early-access requests, reply to messages, understand how the site is used, and keep it working securely.

We send product updates only if you choose to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to operate the website. They receive only the information needed to provide their service:

  • Tally: Hosts and receives the early-access application form.
  • Fly.io: Serves this website.
  • Plausible Analytics: Counts page views so we know whether anyone is reading this.

We may also share information if required by law or if needed to protect Krynix, our users, or others from harm.

5. How long we keep it

We keep early-access applications for up to 24 months in case a place becomes available. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation.

6. Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also unsubscribe from product updates at any time.

Send your request to contact@krynix.io. We may need to confirm that the request is really from you before acting on it.

7. Security

Information is encrypted while it travels between your browser and our services. Access to form responses is limited to the people who need it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as Krynix changes. The latest revision date is shown at the top of the page. If a change meaningfully affects people on our early-access list, we will let them know by email.
